Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes. We service and repair all makes and models — petrol, diesel, hybrid and full EV — including cars and vans.
Are you a BMW specialist?
Yes. The Factory is an independent BMW specialist with BMW ISTA diagnostics and BMW digital service history updating where applicable. We are not an authorised BMW dealer.
Do you carry out MOTs on site?
Yes. We are a DVSA-authorised MOT test centre with a dedicated MOT ramp, and tests are carried out at our Sunbury-on-Thames workshop.
Do you offer Class 7 MOTs?
Yes — for goods vehicles over 3,000kg up to 3,500kg design gross weight.
Do you collect vehicles from customers?
Yes. Free local collection and return is available by arrangement within approximately five miles of our workshop, from home or work. Further afield? Just ask.
Do you have courtesy cars?
Courtesy cars are available, subject to availability.
Can you work on hybrid and electric vehicles?
Yes. Our team is trained and qualified to work on hybrid and EV systems, including high-voltage diagnostics and battery removal and replacement.
Are you open at weekends?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Saturday and Sunday are by booking only — contact us for availability.
